Once when I was a little girl my dad found TWELVE boxes of a cereal called Fruit and Fiber on the damaged groceries isle.
He bought them out and we weren't allowed to eat any other cereal until it was gone.
How we suffered. I wish he had known that "Suddenly consuming very high amounts of fiber IS BAD"
This is why we don't let my dad do the groceries shopping.
Ha, ha...same thing goes for fruit! That form or fiber will get you every time! Guess we should always stick with, "Moderation in all Things.." :)
